The 2018 Eastern Relays facilitated a display of the highest level of track and field competition. Each year this meet is touted as the highest quality outdoor high school meet run on Kentucky soil and that was absolutely the case this year.
Furthermore, the Eastern High School team put on an incredible event that makes it a destination meet for many. Not only were the athletes top notch, but the meet was managed with a special kind of art that Kentucky track and field is known for. Coach Russ of Beavercreek said if best after the meet in this tweet:
