** IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CLAIMED YOUR TEAM SKIP TO STEP 8**
1) Go to https://ky.milesplit.com/teams
2) Find your team and click on the team name
3) On the team page click on CLAIM THIS TEAM as shown below
4) Log in with your username. If you need one sign up for free at https://ky.milesplit.com/register
5) Claim the Team as the Coach
6) You will then be notified when you have been approved as the team administrator, probably within 24 hours.
7) Once you get the approval email go to https://ky.milesplit.com/meets/130703/registration
8) Click ENTER TEAM and fill out the appropriate contact information. Click on your school classification along with male/female teams. Click ENTER TEAM again.
9) Click EDIT ENTRIES by each event
10) The roster for your team will show up on the left hand side. Click on the athlete running in the event. Their best times will automatically fill in the box. 60m Dash and 60m Hurdle Times will be based on 100m and 100/110 Hurdles times. Once you have entered an athlete click DONE EDITING
11) Back on the main entry screen, you will see the athletes entered already.
12) Enter each event following the same procedure.
13) When done with your entries, click on PRINT CONFIRMATION. This will show you all of your entries and even provide an invoice of money due for the meet.
