Location: Sipsey Valley Middle School, Buhl, AL 35446 Directions:
From NORTHPORT- West on Hwy.82 (approx.4.9 miles west of the Northport Civic Center) to County Rd. 140 and turn left (crossing hwy 82 eastbound). Follow County Rd. 140 approx. 0.75 miles to stop sign (Bama Grocery). Turn left (south) on County Rd.2 (Romulus Rd.) Follow Romulus Rd. for approx. 4.8 miles to Sipsey Valley M.S. on your right (west)
From TUSCALOOSA- Follow I-20/59 South to the Fosters exit. Exit right and turn right to the stop sign. Cross Hwy 11/43 and continue on Gainesville Rd. for approx. 6 miles to Romulus Rd. Turn right at the stop sign (north) on Romulus Rd. and drive approx. 3.9 miles to Sipsey Valley

M.S. Schedule:
Middle School Girls 7th & 8th only; 3200m; 4:30pm
Middle School Boys 7th & 8th only; 3200m; 5:00pm
Awards - 5:45pm

Entries: The entry fee is $13 per athlete with a maximum of $65 per school per race. A school bringing a boys team and a girls team (minimum of 5 athletes per team) would pay $130. Check payable to Sipsey Valley Middle School Cross-Country. Entry fees can be mailed to 15817 Romulus Rd., Buhl, AL 35446 or brought to the meet. Teams whose checks have not been received by 4:00pm on October, 13th will be scratched from the meet.

Registration: Go to www.alabamarunners.com. Choose the meet under the Calendar heading. Click on the button and follow the instructions.
Deadline for Entry is Monday, October, 10th at 11:59pm(ET).

Awards: The top 2 teams and top 10 individuals per division will receive awards.

Course: Rolling hills with grass and dirt trails. Two street crossings. (Wooded section possible - pending completion of trail) Spikes recommended.
