LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The University of Louisville track and field teams capped a stellar day that featured 12 first-place finishes at the Texas Roadhouse Border Battle at Cardinal Park on Saturday afternoon. Indiana and Notre Dame, however, guided Hoosierland to victories over the Commonwealth - Louisville and Kentucky - on the men's (104-96) and women's sides (103-96).
The University of Notre Dame men's and women's track and field team along with Indiana were able to gain border bragging rights over Kentucky and Louisville Saturday at the Kentuckiana Border Battle in Louisville, Ky. The Hoosierland men's team defeated the Commonwealth 103-96, while the women's team won 104-96.
