2026 CENTRAL KENTUCKY CONFERENCE CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS

Bourbon County Cross Country is excited to host the 2026 Central Kentucky Conference (CKC) Cross Country Championships at Bourbon County Park.

RACE SCHEDULE

6:00 PM - Middle School Combined 3KBoys and girls will race together. The Top 15 finishers in each gender will receive medals. Medals are limited to 7 per school, per gender.

Rolling Schedule - Varsity Girls 5KThe Top 15 finishers will receive medals, with a maximum of 7 medals per school.

Rolling Schedule - Varsity Boys 5KThe Top 15 finishers will receive medals, with a maximum of 7 medals per school.

VARSITY ENTRIES

Schools may register all runners however only 7 will be scored.  Maximum 7 medals per school

CKC SCHOOL FEE

All CKC member schools should pay a total meet fee of $150 to Bourbon County Cross Country.

SPECTATOR ADMISSION

Admission will be available through GoFan or cash at the gate.

Adults - $10Seniors & Students - $6Children under 12 - FREE

All spectators must enter through the designated entry portal near the starting line.

COURSE INFORMATION

The Bourbon County Park course is a fast, rolling cross-country course covering more than 160 acres in the heart of Central Kentucky.

The course was redesigned in 2025 with several improvements, including a new race direction and a lower elevation finish. The redesigned course has been very well received by athletes, coaches, and spectators.

Our course is extremely spectator-friendly, and fans have multiple opportunities to see and cheer for runners throughout the race.

For the safety of our athletes and to protect the integrity of the course, we ask that all spectators remain behind designated barriers at all times. Barriers may include stakes, fencing, ropes, taller indigenous grasses, and other marked boundaries.

TEAM & PARKING INFORMATION

Teams should plan to bring their own water and necessary team supplies.

Spectator Parking: Spectators will normally park in the grass lot behind the starting line. In rainy or wet conditions, spectators may be directed to the new gravel parking area near the turf sports fields.

Bus Parking: Team buses may park near Tent City beside the starting line.
