Williamsburg High School & Williamsburg Runners Welcomes you to the
Trading Days "All-A" Invitational
Varsity Races Open to KHSAA Single A High Schools only.
All classes of Middle and Elementary schools are invited.

When: Tuesday, September 8, 2026
Where: Whitley County Fairgrounds
Directions: If Traveling From the North: Take Exit 11 off of I-75, turn left. Go to 2nd stop light at 92/25 intersection, turn right on 25 south, drive approximately .5 miles, (just past Firestone), take a left on Savoy/Clear Fork Rd towards Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, cross RR tracks sets x 3, In an industrial area, then about .8 miles turn left on Horseshow Way(New Entrance) (formerly Stark Rd.) to Fairgrounds Rd. (there will be signs).
It's a 3rd year course, we have made some adjustments : It's flat and fast!
Meet Schedule: WE MAY ADJUST THE SCHEDULE IF NEEDED TO COMBINE THE VARSITY RACES.
5:00 PM Elementary (K-3) Combined 2K Unlimited $25 girls team/$25 boys team/$5 individual
5:30 PM Elementary (4-6) Combined 2K Unlimited $25 girls team/$25 boys team/$5 individual
6:00 PM Middle School Combined 4K Unlimited $25 girls team/$25 boys team/$5 individual
6:30 PM Girls Varsity 5K Unlimited $50/$10 individual
7:00 PM Boys Varsity 5K Unlimited $50/$10 individual
* Top five runners for each team score; remaining runners push
Checks Payable to: Williamsburg Runners. Invoices will be available at packet pickup.
***Events will start on time as scheduled (or later) unless the meet official determines heat/weather to be an issue. The official would then reserve the right to switch to a rolling schedule for the safety of all involved.
Awards:
Varsity: Medals for top 10 boys and top 10 girls
Middle School: Medals for top 10 boys and top 10 girls
Elementary K-3: Medals for top 10 boys and top 10 girls
Elementary 4-6: Medals for top 10 boys and top 10 girls
Medals to be given out in the chute.
Team Trophies: 1st place team trophies for K-3, 4-6, Middle, High School.

**Admission: $10 Per Carload** or $5.00 per person. WE ASK YOU TO LET YOUR PARENTS KNOW TO HAVE CASH AT THE GATE FOR ENTRANCE/PARKING
