High School (5K) Estimated time 6:45 (we will wait to see how many athletes register to determine if boys/girls run together)
** 5-6 grade CAN run either the 2K or 3K (Because the 5-6 grade will run a 3K post season(Meet of Champions), we are allowing 5/6 grade to enter to run the 3K)

Scoring: Per NFHS Rules- Top 5 score with 6 and 7 displacing, all other team members do not displace.
