Meet Information
Admission will be free for participating teams.
In place of entry fees for teams, I will ask that coaches assist with managing and supervising various field and running events throughout the meet to ensure everything runs efficiently and on time.
Tentative Meet Schedule
4:45PM - Teams Arrive / Packet Pickup
5:00PM - Coaches Meeting
5:15 PM - Field Events Begin (3 attempts per athlete unless otherwise noted)
- Shot Put
- Discus
- Long Jump
- Triple Jump
- High Jump
- Pole Vault (if applicable)
5:30PM - Running Events Begin
(Rolling schedule - girls followed by boys unless otherwise discussed)
- 4x800m Relay
- 100m / 110m Hurdles
- 100m Dash
- 4x200m Relay
- 1600m Run
- 4x100m Relay
- 400m Dash
- 300m Hurdles
- 800m Run
- 200m Dash
- 3200m Run (if scheduled)
- 4x400m Relay
