This invitational is hosted by Christian Academy of Louisviile in honor of Coach Harry Greschel. Please join us for a day of exciting competition and fellowship.

Entries: All entries will be through KY Milesplit

Entry Deadline: Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 - 10:00pm (Any additions after FINAL DEADLINE will be $10 cash per addition payable to Moncer Timing)

Entry Limits: 2 athletes per running event, 3 per field event, and 1 relay per team. Athletes are limited to 4 events total. There will be an open 100m and an open 800m. We will accept entries for a B team if teams want to enter more athletes.

Entry Fees: $80 per team or $20 per athlete for a smaller team. Boys and girls teams pay separately. Make checks payable to Christian Academy of Louisville. I can take checks the day of the meet if you want to hand them to me at the coaches meeting.

Team Packets will be distributed at the coaches meeting Saturday morning.

Teams will not get their packets if they have not paid the entry fee.

**If your team is willing to provide a coach to run a field event, you will receive a $10 deduction from your team fee. Please contact me beforehand to arrange for this at rmoskovich04@gmail.com or (502) 396 8265.

Order of Events:

8:45 am Implement Weigh-ins

9:00 am Coaches Meeting at Finish Line

9:30 am Start of Field Events

Pole Vault- Boys and Girls together if numbers allow. If not, girls followed by boys- starting height will be determined after looking at entries***

Shot Put- Girls followed by Boys - UNIFIED COMPETES FIRST***

Discus- Boys followed by GIrls***

Long Jump- Boys open pit from 9:30-11:00, Girls from 12:00-1:30 (Unified can go in either time slot)

Triple Jump- Girls open pit from 9:30-11:00, Boys from 12:00-1:30

High Jump- Girls then Boys 

**Shot Put will get 3 throws. No Finals

**Discus will get 3 throws. No Finals

**Long and Triple Jump- Three jumps per athlete -No finals 

***All throwing implements will be weighed as well as pole vaulters before the beginning of the meet.

Scoring: We will score eight places as follows: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.

Team Awards: Trophy for 1st and 2nd place team

Individual Awards: Medals will be awarded for 1st through 3rd places

Additional Information

1. All NFHS and KHSAA rules will be followed.

2. Each competitor will be assigned a bib number. If a competitor shows up to an event without a number they will be scratched.

3. Substitutions can be made at the start line but no additions. Athletes must already have a number to be a substitute.

4. Team tents in designated areas only- see maps below

5. Please park buses according to the bus parking- see map below

6. Saturdays gate fee will be $8 adults and children, children 5 and under free

7. Concessions will be available behind the home team bleachers.

8. Hospitality Room: We will have a hospitality room in our athletic complex conference room for coaches and officials to enjoy lunch on us.
