Meet Information
Thank you for entering our meet, we look forward to hosting you. A few things to pass along...
The meet is located at Corbin Primary School (3551 5th Street Rd, Corbin KY 40701). There is no race fee for teams or individuals but we are charging $5 per carload admission. Please share that info to your parents and spectators.
The address should take you to the main entrance of the school. PLEASE USE THIS ENTRANCE EXCLUSIVELY. There is parking in front of the building and a couple of larger lots on the side of the building.
The school will be closed to the public. RESTROOMS ARE LOCATED AT THE SOCCER COMPLEX toward the rear of the campus.
Elementary races will be combined gender and split into 2 divisions according to grade beginning with K-3. The middle school 4K will be also combined gender. If we have to adjust further for numbers I will change the time schedule in an email.
There are a few road crossings but there will be people stopping and blocking traffic once races begin.
Ray Martin will be our starter and official. We will run the meet as efficiently as possible. Timing is being done in house and we hope to have results posted as quickly as possible but please be patient.
The 2K is a loop course. 2K course map attached. Course is outlined in red. The 4K race will run it twice.
The course will be mowed, clearly marked, and will have volunteers throughout directing runners.
