Shelby West Middle and Marnel C. Moorman invite you to join us in the Shelby County Middle School & Elementary Cross Country Championship! This night has become an annual celebration of Shelby Countys young runners. There is no better way to wrap up a great Cross Country Season!
This is a great night to celebrate Shelby Countys future and show them how much we believe in them.
Teams Invited: West Middle, Shelby East, Shelby County Elementary, Marnel C. Moorman, Corpus Christi Classical Academy, Cornerstone Christian Academy, Simpsonville Elementary Running Club and Shelby County Home School. All Shelby County runners are invited to join us!!

5:30 - Middle School Girls Championship 4K Distance
6:00 - Middle School Boys Championship 4K Distance
6:30 - Elementary Girls Championship 1 Mile Race
6:45 - Elementary Boys Championship 1 Mile Race
7:15 - Awards at the Finish Line Area
Admission: $6 Children 10 and under FREE

Directions: The Blue Meadow Farms - Bullskin Athletic Complex is located at approximately 99 Joyes Station Rd., Shelbyville, KY 40065 (google maps may take you further down Joyes Station Rd. - just remember to take a right on the farm road (at the Blue Meadow Farms / Bullskin Cross Country Complex sign). Joyes Station Rd. is just off of US 60 between Shelbyville and Simpsonville and is approximately one mile west of Collins H.S. Be careful using GPS. It can put you on the other end of Joyes Station Rd. approximately 14 mile (drive) from the course location. Just remember that the course is right on US 60 between Shelbyville and Simpsonville. Please follow the above directions.
If coming from the west (i.e., heading east), take I-64 E and exit on Veechdale (Hwy 1848, aka Buck Creek Rd.) Rd. (exit 28). At the end of the exit, take a left onto Hwy 1848 (Veechdale Rd. aka Buck Creek Rd.). Go approximately one mile to the end of 1848 and turn right onto US 60 going east to Shelbyville. Go approximately 3 miles on US 60 (cross Bullskin Creek) then turn right on Joyes Station Rd. Take the first farm road on the right (at the Blue Meadow Farms sign). Go to the end of the farm road.
Team Tent City: Team Tent City will be located by the barn along the course path to the left of the start for the race.
Tizkis Shave Ice Truck: Shaved Ice Truck will be set up for cool refreshments by the Finish Line.
