MEET: Central Kentucky Championships
DATE: September 23rd, 2025
TEAM ENTRY FEE:
$75 per high school Varsity team (boys and girls separate), 1 individual is considered a team.
$75 per Middle School team grades 6-8 and under (boys and girls separate), 1 individual is considered a team.

ADMISSION: $8.00 for Adults, $5.00 for Students, Children 10 and under are Free:
All spectators must enter the meet venue through Huffman Pavilion.
AWARDS:
Varsity Races: There will be trophies awarded to the top three boys and girls teams. The top 15 runners from each division will receive a medal. (Medals will be limited to a max of 7 runners per school)
Middle School Championship Races Grades 6-8: There will be trophies awarded to the top three boys and girls teams. The top 15 runners from each division will receive a medal. (Medals will be limited to a max of 7 runners per school)
COURSE MAP: Woodford 2k, 3k, 4k, and 5k Maps
TIME:
- 5:30 PM - Coaches Meeting under the Concession Stand Pavilion
- 6:00 PM - Combined Middle School 3K
- 6:30 PM - High School Girls 5k
- 7:00PM - High School Boys 5k
TEAM SIZE: Roster limited to 10 runners, however only 7 will be able to race.
UNIFORM: For high school the KHSAA uniform rule will be enforced. For middle school it is a little more relaxed, but try to have uniforms as similar as possible. Entries through KyMilesplit by September 19th. Please bring any additions/corrections to your roster to the meet and we will take care of those issues then. Late entries will not be accepted.
CONCESSIONS: A small concession stand will be available in the pavilion.
***Please keep runners and spectators away from the railroad tracks (Bluegrass Railroad Museum)***
We invite all spectators to watch the races along the course near the start and finish line areas. Please remind your parents/fans and other non-competing athletes to be aware of their presence while cheering the runners and not to impede any runner from any team.
