MOUNTAIN ELEMENTARY CROSS COUNTRY CLASSIC
Date: Saturday, October 18, 2025
Location: Morgan County High School, 150 Road to Success, West Liberty, KY 41472
Races: Girls 4th Grade and Under - 2K
Boys 4th Grade and Under - 2K
Girls 6th Grade and Under - 2K
Boys 6th Grade and Under - 2K
Races begin at 10 am with the Girls 4th and Under race and follow the order listed on a rolling schedule
Start and finish at the track at Morgan County High School.
Individual Awards: Medals to top 10 in each race.
Team Awards: 1st and 2nd place trophies in each race.
Entry Fee: Total of $50 per school for ALL your athletes. $5 per individual runner if less than full team.
Parking Fee: $6 per carload. NO OTHER admission charge.
Elementary teams/runners from the following counties are eligible to compete at the Mountain Elementary Classic: Carter, Lawrence, Elliott, Rowan, Bath, Menifee, Morgan, Johnson, Martin, Pike, Floyd, Magoffin, Wolfe, Powell, Estill, Lee, Breathitt, Knott, Owsley, Perry, Letcher, Clay, Leslie, Harlan and Bell.

NOTE: Following the conclusion of the Mountain Elementary Classic, there will be a "Last Chance" Varsity 5K Race at approximately 11:15 am. This race will especially allow schools that will compete in their Regional Meet at Morgan County one more opportunity to compete on the 2025 Regional Course.
There is no entry fee for this Last Chance race, and there will be no awards.
