POST-RACE POOL PARTY ON FRIDAY NIGHT!
To celebrate the start of the 2025 Cross Country Season, we want to invite schools from all over to join us as we host a great experience for the athletes!
FRIDAY - ELEMENTARY 1-mile races (K-5th) & MIDDLE SCHOOL 3000m races (4th-8th).
Friday's races will be: Elementary Girls at 5:30pm/Boys at 5:50pm -- Middle School Girls at 6:15p/Boys at 6:45p -- Medals or Ribbons to all finishers....Pool Party from 6pm-8:30pm. Winning teams receive food/drink for their pool party. (If more than 200 runners are entered on Friday, then pool access will be divided/limited among divisions as determined by meet management)

Lone Oak is a mostly flat course with parking for coaches next to the team camp area. Other parking is at most a 3 minute walk to the start/finish line. There is an elevated viewing area on the driving range next to the finish-line where a spectator with binoculars could watch easily 50-75 percent of the race without moving. Other spectators willing to move around could cheer their athletes on in several locations all within a 1 minute walk.
