Trading Days All A Invitational
KHSAA Single A High Schools only
All classes of Middle and Elementary schools are invited.
When: Saturday, September 6th, 2025
Where: Whitley County Fairgrounds
Directions: If Traveling From the North: Take Exit 11 off of I-75, turn left. Go to 2nd stop light at 92/25 intersection, turn right on 25 south, drive approximately .5 miles, (just past Firestone), take a left on Savoy/Clear Fork Rd towards Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, cross RR tracks sets x 3, In an industrial area, then about .8 miles turn left on Horseshow Way(New Entrance) (formerly Stark Rd.) to Fairgrounds Rd. (there will be signs).
It's a 2nd year course, we have made some adjustments : It's flat and we hope it's fast!

8:00 Course open for warmups until 9:15
9:30 Trading Days All A Coaches Challenge/Open 5K race $5 Ind.
10:30 Girls Varsity 5K Unlimited $50 team/$10 ind.
11:00 Boys Varsity 5K Unlimited $50 team/$10 ind.
11:30 MS Combined 4K Unlimited $25 team/$5 ind.
12:00 Elem Girls (K-3) 2K Unlimited $25 team/$5 ind.
12:15 Elem Boys (K-3) 2K Unlimited $25 team/$5 ind.
12:30 Elem Girls (4-6) 2K Unlimited $25 team/$5 ind.
12:45 Elem Boys (4-6) 2K Unlimited $25 team/$5 ind.
* Top five runners for each team score; remaining runners push

***Events will start on time as scheduled (or later) unless the meet official determines heat/weather to be an issue. The official would then reserve the right to switch to a rolling schedule for the safety of all involved.
Anyone can run in the open race!! So invite your coaches, parents, alumni, managers, school administrators, anybody you would like to see dress out and teach your athletes how to run the 5K!
Awards:
Trading Days Open Race: Top 3 Male, Top 3 Female
Varsity: Medals for top 10 boys and top 10 girls
Middle School: Medals for top 10 boys and top 10 girls
Elementary K-3: Medals for top 10 boys and top 10 girls
Elementary 4-6: Medals for top 10 boys and top 10 girls
Medals to be given out in the chute.
Team Trophies: 1st place team trophies for K-3, 4-6, Middle, High School.

**Admission: $10 Per Carload** or $5.00 pre person. WE ASK YOU TO LET YOUR PARENTS KNOW TO HAVE CASH AT THE GATE FOR ENTRENCE/PARKING
