LOCATION:

Races will be run on the grounds of the Carmeuse/Mason

County Schools Indoor Athletic Complex behind Maysville Community College

immediately across the street from the Mason County Intermediate School.

(Same location as years past).

Fee Schedule:

Cost for Varsity races is $65 per gender . Middle school $60 per gender. Elementary is $50 per gender. Individuals $10 each.  There is no charge for JV  if you have a team in varsity and  races. Cover All Fee For All Races $250. 

Entry Limits/Awards:

JV Race: Unlimited Entries. Top 15 for each gender receive a medal. Must have a varsity team competing before you can enter JV athletes.

Varsity Races: Limited to 10 Entries. Trophy to the winner, Medals top 40. All team runners beyond 7 do not displace other team runners. You must enter a full varsity team before you can run athletes in the JV races.

8^th Grade and under Races: Unlimited entries. Trophy to the winner, Medals top 25. All team runners beyond 7 do not displace other team runners.

6^th Grade and Under Races: Unlimited entries. Trophy to the winner, Medals top 25.  All team runners beyond 7 do not displace other team runners.

4 ^th Grade and Under Races: Unlimited entries. Trophy to the winner, Medals top 20.  All team runners beyond 7 do not displace other team runners.

 Please make parents aware there will be a general admission charge.

 This year all entries will be done on line the www.kytrackxc.com Go to the web site and take the calendar link

to the date of the meet. The entry deadline is Tuesday evening at 10:00pm 9/2/2024.
