Date:April 26, 2025

Site:Campbell County High School (909 Camel Crossing, Alexandria, KY 41001)

We will be running on an 8-lane rubberized track. All field events are located within view from the stands, on the outside of the track along the back stretch. 

Time: Coaches meeting at 4:15 PM; Field Events: 5:00 PM; Running Events begin at 5:00 PM (CCHS Senior Day 

Recognition: 4:00PM)

Admission:Spectators admission will be through GoFan. A link will be sent closer to the time. 

T-shirts and concessions will be available. 

Cost $150 per team, (Boys and Girls teams constitute two separate teams). (B teams additional $50) 

Late fee: Additional $25 after meet.

Entry Deadline: Sunday, April 20th at 11:59 PM. Entries will be completed using KY MileSplit www.kytrackxc.com   

Divisions: There will be only one division. 

Scoring: 8 Lane scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 (additional teams do not count for scoring, but those athletes will receive 

\awards)

Awards:Glow in the Dark medals to 1st-6th. Team trophies to the top 2 teams  overall. All awards will be given  out 

after each event on the infield at award boxes. MVP of Meet: 1 boy, 1 girl.

Reminders: 

  • Only those athletes dressed in full uniform will be permitted to enter without admission costs.

  • All coaches will be given a meal ticket for a meal, snack and drink at the hospitality tent.

Running Events: Only 2 athletes per team per event. Regular order of events.

  • Unified Events will be included. 

  • (Milesplit will allow up to 4 individual entries per event and 2 relays, instead of actually adding a "B" Team.  If you have 3-4 entries in an individual event and/or 2 relays you will add an additional $50/gender per "Team")

Field Events Schedule We will utilize flights with 4 attemps. There will be no set time for any event except for the first round beginning at 5:00 PM. We will begin the pole vault height for the girls at 5'0" and at 7'0" for the boys.  We will begin the high jump height at 4'0" for the girls and at 5'0" for the boys.
