Meet Information

The 2025 Heartland Athletic Conference Track and Field meet will be contested on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at the Marion County Track & Field Complex.

The meet is for Heartland Athletic Conference teams:  Adair County, Campbellsville, Green County, Hart County, Marion County, Taylor County, Washington County

Track will open approximately 1 hour before field events
Field Events will begin at 5:45 P.M. Eastern Time
Running Events begin at 6:15 P.M. Eastern Time 
Entries:
Teams may enter a total of 4 individuals per individual events
Teams may enter one (1) relay per relay event
Individual athlete entries are limited to four total events

Awards:
Individual events and Relays will receive awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Individual high point awards for both male and female will also be given.
Team awards will be given to Champion and Runner Up.
Staffing of Events
Events will be staffed with volunteers; however, we would like one coach or qualified parent to officiate each of the following events: Long and Triple Jumps, High Jump, Discus, Shot Putt and Relay Exchange. Pole Vault will be officiated by Shawna Shuffett of Green County.  She has officiated the Pole Vault at the KHSAA State Meet. 
We will provide at least two volunteers to help you, along with people to rake if necessary.  (Admission for parent volunteers will be free.) Please contact Coach Sam as soon as possible with your first and second choice for officiating. I will need the names of any parent volunteers so I can have them listed for free entry at the gate.
