Entry Deadline: Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025 - 9:00pm. Any additions after the final deadline, Wednesday, September 24th, will be $5/addition, Cash only, payable to C3 Timing.
Entry Fees:
$65/team per division. Team consist of 5 to 10 runners.
$5/Runner for teams with 15 or more runners.
$10/Runner if less than 5 or unattached.
Checks made payable to Community Christian Academy and can be sent by mail to the above address. Due on race day.

This meet IS OPEN to all Public and Private Schools and homeschools.
Awards:
1st Place Trophies for Teams
Top 20 Individual Medals for all grades.
Tents: Will be allowed in designated area next to the Starting line.
Parking: $6 per person $15 per carload. After parking, please pay at the admissions table with credit card or cash. We are NOT using an online payment system at this time. Coaches, runners, and veterans are no charge.
