Entries and payments are due by Tuesday February 11, 2025.  If payment is not made then the entries are subject to be removed and filled by another athlete.

Each event has an entry limit.  Each will be split evenly by Kentucky School Teams and Club, out of state and unattached athletes

Kentucky school teams are limited to 3 athletes per event. If you want more entries you have to enter in the other division for full price.

Kentucky school teams have a max entry fee which will be calculated when entries are finalized. 



Once the meet is full then we will start a waiting list for the spots that open up for non payment.  These spots are going to be very sought after so payment is a must by the due date or you will be removed. 

Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door.
