Bryan Station Woodall Invitational

Thank you for your interest in attending the Bryan Station Woodall Invitational. Please email Hytek Team manager files to Phil Wilder at phil.wilder@fayette.kyschools.us by May 2nd. Faxed or written entries will not be accepted.
Competitor numbers will be assigned and emailed to coaches prior to the meet. They will also be available in the packets handed out at the coaches meeting.
Where: Bryan Station High School Track, 201 Eastin Rd, Lexington, KY 40505
Start Time: Coaches Meeting 10:00am
Pole Vault 10:30am
Field Events 11:30am
Track Events 12:00pm
Cost: Entry Fee is $75 per team (boys and girls will count as two teams). Please make checks payable to BSHS Track and Field and mail them to
BSHS attn Kathy Broadnax/ Track and Field

You may also bring them on the day of the meet.
Meet Format: Running and field events will be in the regular order on a rolling schedule. The only difference will be that we will run the Pole vault at the beginning of the meet. This is to allow both jumping pits to be open and used for long and triple jump.
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1
Awards: There will be a team trophy for the 1st and 2nd place teams on the girls and the boys side. Medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each event.
Entries: Each team may enter 3 athletes per event and 1 relay team. Athletes may only be entered into 4 events total including relays.
Admission: to the track will be $5 for adults and $2 for children
Concessions will be sold at the meet
