Live Results from Kentucky Eastern Relays   File Photo Courtesy of Cabell Midland Freshman sensation Jacob Burcham of Cabell Midland placed 2nd in the 1600m at the Eastern Relays at the University of Louisville in a West Virginia State best 4:16.40 just minutes ago. Burcham has already gone under 2 minutes in the 800m and sub 10 minutes in the 3200m.
