Shelby County High School Track and Field is pleased to host the Inaugural Shelby County Pre-Spring Break Invitational. We will open it up to the first 16 teams that enter

Location: Milestone Academies at Shelby Campus, 1361 Frankfort Rd., Shelbyville, KY

There will be no cash accepted at the gate. Tickets will be taken in your vehicle as you enter the stadium.

Event Information:

2 Open Events, 100 and 800, will be contested starting at 5:00 (possibly later depending on entry number). Each team can enter up to 5 athletes in each of these events.

Field Events will begin at 5:30 and Running Events will begin at 6:00 PM.

Jumps/Throws will be 4 jumps/throws with no finals.

All field event participants will be given 4 jumps or throws and all running events will be run as a final with the fastest entry times running the first heat.  The LJ, TJ, Shot Put, & Discus will have 60 minute open pits for the 4 attempts.
Each team may enter two (2) individuals in each event.  Each team may enter one (1) relay team.  You may substitute an athlete at the line provided a number has been assigned.  Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

The following will be the order of field events:

Boys Shot Put followed by Girls

Girls Discus followed by Boys

Girls Long Jump followed by Boys

Boys Triple Jump followed by Girls

Girls (4-00 Opening) High Jump followed by Boys (5-00 Opening)

Boys (8-00 Opening) Pole Vault followed by Girls (6-00 Opening)

Awards:

Top 3 in each individual event and Top 3 in Each relay receives a medal 

Top 2 Teams receive trophies
