additional available parking at Hayes, but Very limited
please do not block private driveways on city streets.
Do Not Arrive Prior to 4:30pm ! No Exceptions, per Admin and FCPS ADs

Meet Schedule is tentative and as Follows:
Rolling Schedule starting with Girls (tentative)

Girls Middle School 4k - 4000m at 5:30pm?
Boys Middle School 4K - 4000m at 6:00pm?

Awards start at 6:30pm, Sunset is 7:19pm
No Pre-Entry Fee for teams but we will use Gate Money to cover the timer, bibs, awards, equipment etc.

Entrance Cost: $5 , Athletes Competing are Free!, Elementary Students are Free! (This Money goes back into the Cross Country Programs and helps pay for the meet)We will have multiple gates set up on Hayes and Cowan side

BIB numbers?

We have some but will need coaches/volunteers to spot and or help at finish line.

We have a lead and trail vehicle.

Awards: Champions, Runner-up and Third Place team trophies boys and girls, Overall Individual Boys and Girls Champion Special Award, Medals to the top 10 boys and top 10 girls in each race.
