Dixie Invite 2023

This meet is limited to 8 boys and girls teams.

Boys teams entered: Dixie Heights, Campbell Co., Dayton, St. Henry, Ryle, Newport Central,

Boone Co., Holmes

Girls teams entered: Dixie Heights, Dayton, Ryle, Highlands, Boone Co., St. Henry,

Campbell Co., Newport Central

Gold Medal Format: 1 entry per individual events and relays. 2 extra entries for pole vault are

permitted, as well as 2 extra entries per team in 800, 1600, and 3200 meter runs. No additions

on meet day. Substitutions only.

Starting Times: Field events start at 4:45 and running events start at 5:30

Scoring : 10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1. Awards: 1 st place-medal. Team trophies for meet winner and

runner-up and male and female mvp plaques.

Regular order of events.

Field events 1st round: girls long jump, boys triple jump, girls pole vault, boys high jump, boys

discus, girls shot put.

Field events 2nd round: boys long jump, girls triple jump, boys pole vault, girls high jump, girls

discus, boys shot put.

4 jumps/throws.

HJ starting heights: Girls-4, Boys-5.

PV starting heights: Girls- 6, Boys-7.

Entry Fee: $100 per team (boys and girls teams are separate).
