Cost: $60.00 per team. One updated milesplit roster (Boys and Girls are two separate teams).
You can run them in whatever you want. No more than 4 events. For teams with less than 7
athletes a flat fee of $10.00 per athlete will be charged. Please make all checks payable to
Highlands High School. You can mail the check or bring it to the meet:

Concessions: Concessions will be available through the soccer program at the track meet.
Entries: Handled by Tim King. You will just need a complete (up to date) roster on milesplit.
You will not have to designate entries/relays beforehand. This has worked very well for us in the
past.

Running Events: Regular order of events. All heats are final.
The 3200 will not be contested. We will run the 200 hurdles, NOT 300.

* Please just be aware of the HJ/disc and shot areas. We will try to have various locations for
camps on the infield, by the PV pit, ect...
* Teams will be asked to find a camp area that is not in the stands.
Field Events: All field events will be finals with 3 attempts. All rounds following round #1 will
be on a rolling schedule. We will not contest the pole vault.
