Meet Info

The goal of this competition is to "Fill the Lanes" with 8 different teams in each event. As such this meet will have a cap of 8 teams (email Coach Shoulta for the password).  Our hope is to see only a few empty lanes during this event, so when possible each team should try to enter an athlete in each event.  The first heat of each event will be the "hot heat" and will have one representative/relay from each school.  The remaining heats will be seeded by time.

ENTRY LIMIT

Field Events - 4 Athletes

Laned Events - 4 Athletes

Non-Laned Events - 6 Athletes 

Relays - 2 Teams

SCHEDULE

4:15 - Gates Open

4:30 - Track Open for warm ups

4:45 - Field Events open for warm ups

5:15 - Field Events & 4x800m Start

5:45 - Running Events Start 

Notes -

    - 4x800m and the 3200m will be contested together

    - Shot & Disc - Three throws, no finals

    - Boys Shot & Girls Disc will be contested first

    - Long Jump & Triple Jump - Three throws, no finals

    - LJ & TJ - Contested cafeteria style.

    - The Long jump window will be 5:15-6:30.

    - The Triple Jump window will be 6:45-7:30.
