We will have the concession stand open; accepts cash or Venmo
Team Camps go on the grass hill that overlooks the 100m starting line. No Tents should be in the bleachers.
Track opens for warm-ups at 5:30. Please stay off of the track until the High School Team wraps up their practice.
Anyone not competing in an event needs to remain outside of the track. Coaches can be inside the track.
We usually have our first meet as time trials. Due to the size of this meet here are some modifications to the meet schedule and events so we can get the athletes out at a decent hour.
Field Events will begin clerking at 5:45 and begin at 6:00
- Girls Long Jump (pit closest to 100m starting line) - open pit, limit of 5 athletes and 2 jumps each
- Boys Long Jump (pit closest to the 200m starting line) - open pit, limit of 5 athletes and 2 jumps each
- Girls Shot Put (6#) - limit of 5 athletes and 2 throws each - open pit
- Boys Discus (1k) - limit of 5 athletes and 2 throws each - open pit
- Girls High Jump - limited to 3 athletes who have already practiced the event
- Field events will switch once the first rounds are completed
- We will not contest pole vault, turbo jav, or triple jump
- Field events MUST check out and check back in within 10 minutes of their event ending.
Track Events - will be clerked behind the 100m starting line for all events. First call for the 4x800 will be at 6:00
- 6:15 - Girls and boys 4x800 relay (may be mixed if there are only a few teams
- Rolling schedule after that
- 100m hurdles
- 100m dash
- 4x200m relay (adding the 4x200 to give distance athletes a buffer before the 1600)
- 1600m run
- NO 4x100 Relays for this meet
- 400m dash
- NO 300m hurdles for this meet
- 800m run
- 200m dash
- NO 3200m run for this meet
- 4x400m relay
