Entries are limited to schools located in KTCCCA Area 7: Ashland, Augusta, Bath, Boyd, Bracken, East Carter, Elliott, Fairview, Fleming, Greenup, Lawrence, Lewis, Mason, Menifee, Montgomery, Morgan, Nicholas, Powell, Raceland, Rose Hill, Robertson, Rowan, Russell, St. Patrick, West Carter, Wolfe

Timer: Tim King

Time: Track will open for warm-ups at 5:00pm. Coaches meeting 5:45pm.  Field Events 5:45pm.  Track Events 6:00pm.  Rolling Schedule.

Facility: An eight-lane, rubberized, 400-meter track with lights & a bleacher area.  A small grassy area for tents behind the bleachers.  Concession will be available.  Public restrooms will be available but no dressing rooms or showers.

Admission: Cost: $5. 12 and under free.

Entries: Upload team entries no later than 10:00 p.m., May 02, 2023.  Maximum of 2 entries in each individual event and 1 relay per team.

Events: All standard events will be offered including pole vault.  Field events are limited to 3 attempts.  

Unified events will be offered.

Scoring: 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 (Depending on number of teams present).  Top 2 score in each event.

Entry Fees: Entry Fee is $100 per team (boys and girls will count as two teams).

All Head Coaches are required to have paid their 2022-23 KTCCCA membership.

Awards: There will be team awards for the 1st and 2nd place: Girls and the Boys. Medals will be awarded to the top

4 finishers in each event with ribbons for fifth through eighth. Athletes finishing 1 and 2 in each event will be named "1st Team All Area 7". Athletes finishing 3 and 4 will be named "2nd Team All Area 7". The coach of each winning team will be the Area 7 Track & Field Coach of the Year.  A highest scoring award for the top female and male athlete will be presented. (Relay points to be divided by 4)

 

Clerking:(Rolling Schedule) Girls followed by Boys. Check-In for all Running Events will be at the 100 Meter start line.  Field Events will Check-In at the event site.
