Entry Fee:


$100.00 for each team in attendance. Girls/Boys teams are two separate teams. If both from same school attend $180.
For teams less than 10 athletes:  $10/event
All checks made payable to Cooper Girls Track. Checks can be mailed or given on the day of the meet.

Entry Deadline:
Saturday, March 18th, 2023, 9:00pm. Additions made after the FINAL deadline (Sunday, March 19th @ 9:00 pm) will be $5/addition, payable to C3 Timing by cash or check

Entries:

All entries on Milesplit. No A-B Teams. Unlimited Entries for all events. Run as many relays as you wish and your entire team in events they want to be in. Three maximum events per athlete. We will line athletes up at check in for heats.

Field events 4 attempts. All heats will be final.
Following Events will not be contested:  4x800, 4x200, 3200, Triple Jump, TurboJav

Events will begin at 5:00 PM. Girls first, then boys

100m Hurdles

100m Dash

1600m Run

4x100m Relay

400m Dash

300m Hurdles (low)

800m Dash

200m Dash

4x400m Relay

Long Jump Girls First then Boys

High Jump Girls First then Boys

Discus Boys First then Girls

Shot Put Girls First then Boys

Girls high school shot and disc will be used for ALL girls and boys throwing events.

Scoring:

Top two athletes and top relay will be scored from each team in events. If your runners come in first, second and third in the 100m dash, you will receive points for first and second only. You will receive awards for first, second and third.

Awards:


Top 6 finishers will receive awards.

Top 2 Girl/Boy teams will be awarded trophies at the completion of the meet.

Rain/Snow:
We will make every attempt to hold this meet on this date.

Other:
High school athletes and parents will be monitoring events.
