Meet Information
Since this is our first meet in quite some time, we are limiting the meet to 4 teams and a 4 athlete limit per event per team. Schools will be allowed 2 relay teams per event.
For the 4x800m, 1600 and 3200 we may run men's & women's together based on the number of teams and competitors to conserve time. We will have javelin as an event, but we do not have pole vault.
Because this will be our first meet in some time, there are not a lot of experienced people to help with events. I would expect that we may need some help from coaches at various events. If you are willing to help out & can volunteer it would be greatly appreciated.Just let me know in an email.

We would like to start at 4:30 if possible. If not, we will begin the field and running events 20 minutes after the last bus arrives.
