- 2023 Bruins Relays
Note - Meet entry is Password Protected as we can only allow a limited number of teams due to construction on site at our school.
Athletes limited to 4 events total for the meet, so Friday participation counts towards total.
The Chocolate Milk Mile is not included in the total events as it's a totally fun event at the end of the Relay Meet
Meet Details:
Bruin Relays are a no cost event.
All timed events will be hand timed and with a no charge fee we do ask for help from fellow coaches in working events, counting laps or timing.
Entry Limits - 2 Relays per team (school) and 4 individuals per event
Concessions will be sold on Saturday.
Friday - March 24th
1500 meters and 5000 meters (boys/girls combined depending upon entrant #s)
Start Time - 6:30 p.m. for 1500 meters and 7 p.m. for 5000 meters (No gate fee on Friday evening)
Coaches are required to count athletes' laps for the 5000 meters.
Saturday March 25th
Meet time at 10 a.m. EST (rolling schedule)

1 Mile Run
Unified 100 (2 x 50)
- 200-meter Hurdle
Distance Medley (1200-400-800-1600)
300-meter run
Coaches/Parents 4 x 100 Relay
Throwers 4 x 100 Relay - Shot and Discus Competitors- Co-Ed 4 x 100-meter Relay (male/female/male/female)
1000-meter run
3000-meter run
Unified 400 (2 x 200)
400-meter Hurdles
Sprint Medley - (100-100-200-400)
Co-Ed 4 x 400-meter Relay (male/female/male/female)- CHOCOLATE MILK MILE CHALLENGE (open to all but need to know number of competitors so we can prepare the amount of milk needed)

Boys Long Jump/ Triple Jump
Girls Long Jump/Triple Jump
Boys Discus / Girls Shot Put
Boys Shot Put / Girls Discus
Boys / Girls High Jump (Combined Starting height 4'2")
