We will not be declaring for the 60 meter hurdles and 60 meter dashes. We are asking for scratches to be sent to fmiklavcic2@gmail.com by 8 pm on Thursday night.  This is very important to get the scratches into us.  This meet is very large and we really want to eliminate as many open lanes as possible. 

There is a slight change in the schedule for Saturday.  We will be running the 4 x 800 first. 

Field events will check in at the venue.  They do not need to declare.  

Packet pick up will be beside the Thortons.  We will have a white trailer set up to pick up packets.  You will get your bibs.  Bibs are required for athletes to enter the building.  Coaches plan to get your athlete's your bibs. 

Main entrance will be used for spectators and non coaches.  Doors will open at 7:30.  There is going to be a very large crowd, please do not wait till 9 AM to try to get in the place for a 10 AM race. Allow yourself some time.  

Coaching bands will be given in the packet.  Unattached athletes do not get a coaching band for free admission.  

 2-5 athletes - 1 credential; 6-10 athletes - 2 credentials; 11-15 athletes - 3 credentials; 16+ athletes - 4 credentials.

Performance List

This meet is very large.  Saturday is going to be a long day.  Please plan on that.  We have tons of entries and we will run this as fast as we can.  The pure volume of the entries will make for many many heats.  If you know someone is not coming please let us know. Remember entry fees are for entry not participation, so there are no refunds. 

Awards will be given to the top 6 in each event in each age group.  Age groups are 8 and under, 9-10,11-12, 13-14, 15-16, 17-18, 19 and above.  The age is based on the age on December 31 of this year not the current age.  Please keep that in mind.  Awards will be given 15 minutes after the conclusion of the event in the Mezzanine. 

BLOCKS:

No Blocks for 12 and Under in 200 and 400 Optional for 60.

Blocks are optional for 13 and over in the 400

Blocks are optional for the 13-14 in all events

Blocks are required for 15-18 in the 60 and 200.

400 Meter Dash Finals  Declaration opens at 10 am and closes at 11:30-Blue-white start line, one lap in lanes   13-14, 15-16, 17-18, 19+ first two heats of 6 will use blocks,  remainder will use stand up start 12 per heat,  2 per lane

1 Mile Run  Declaration opens at 11:30 AM and closes at 1 pm   2 turn alley

600 Meter Dash  Declaration opens at 2:00 PM and closes at 3:30 PM  Blue-white start line, one lap in lanes

4x200 Meter Relay Declaration opens at 4:00 PM and closes at 5:00 PM Red-white start line,  first runner stays in lane,  handoff red to red, runner #2 can break on the far side by the pole vault pit.
