Hi Coaches,
Please Read as there is some important info for this weeks race:
We're getting to the end of registration and looking forward to the meet this weekend. Registration is open until 9:00 PM tomorrow so if there's additional runners you'll want to make sure to get them in there. Based on the race count and team entries, we will be scoring the Top 3 runners in each race. The High School race will be Boys/Girls combined in order to improve the efficiency of the meet. Awards will be presented for High School directly after their race; Elementary and Middle School Awards will be presented after the final K-3 race.
Below is the estimated schedule for Saturday. Once the middle school races begin the races will be on a rolling start.

5:00 PM Middle School Girls 3K
5:25 PM Middle School Boys 3K
5:50 PM 4th - 5th Grade Girls 2K
6:15 PM 4th - 5th Grade Boys 2K
6:40 PM K - 3rd Grade Girls 2K
7:05 PM K-3rd Grade Boys 2K
7:35 PM MS / Elementary Awards

Date: September 16th, 2023
Time: 4:00pm (Rolling Schedule)
Entry Deadline: September 12th, 2023 - 9:00pm. Any additions after the deadline will be $5/addition, Cash or Check, payable to C3 Timing.
Entry Fees:
$50/team per division. Team consist of 3 to 14 runners. $5/Runner for teams with 15 or more runners.
$10/Runner if less than three or unattached.
Checks made payable to Community Christian Academy, due on race day.
This meet IS OPEN to all KCAA schools, Kenton County public, and small homeschool groups/running clubs
Awards:
1st and 2nd Place Trophies for Teams; Top 10 Individual Medals for High School and Middle School(6-8); Top 15 Individual Medals for Elementary (4,5 & K-3).
Tents:
Will be allowed in designated area next to the Starting line.
Parking: $5 per person $10 per carload. Pay at the gate or in advance by Venmo (show Venmo pay receipt with amount to get in).

Concessions:
Will be available during this meet.

Event Times:
4:00 pm start time for Varsity girls/boys. Middle school starts approximately 5:00pm with a rolling start for the remainder of the races.
High School - 5000m - 12th and under - Girls and Boys Races may be combined. Link: 5000m Course Map

Registration is open!! Unless there are extenuating circumstances the meet will take place!
