WHEN: Thursday, March 30th, 2023 - meet begins at 4:45 PM
ORDER OF EVENTS: All running events will be girls followed by boys.
4x1600 - This event will be scored like a cross country race. All teams and all 4 runners of the relay will start together and run 1600m.After the conclusion of the race the 4 individual times will be added up for the overall relay time. No batons required for this relay. We will run more than one heat if needed.
