Meet Information - Papa's Farm - 11921 Garr Ave, Louisville KY 40223. Enter Garr Ave from Lakeland Drive only. There is no entrance from Anchorage Trail.
Cost: It is $10 per runner with a maximum of $200 per team K-5. It is $10 per runner with a maximum of $200 per team 6-8. If you need any accommodations or have any questions please contact me I'll be glad to work with you the best I can! Our goal is that this is an easy and inexpensive option for schools, athletes and parents.
Event Times/Distances: Races will begin at 5:00 with K1 (boys immediately followed by girls) - plan to arrive by 4:15. All other races need to arrive 3--45 minutes before predicted race time. The race times below are estimates and we will run events back-to-back waiting long enough to get the Gator/race rabbit back in place. Our goal is to have fun and be safe!
- K1, 1K: 5:00 pm
- 2-3, 2K: 5:20 pm
- 4-5, 3K: 5:45 pm
- MS, 4K: 6:20 pm
Directions: Use the address 11921 Garr Ave, Louisville, KY 40223. Enter Garr from west (off of Lakeland Road) .
- From Westport Road - turn south on Frays Hill Road (toward Tom Sawyer Park) to the stop sign. Go west (right turn) on Lakeland Road, continue on Lakeland Road with a left turn at the Sawyer Hayes Center. Turn left onto Garr Ave.
- From 146 (Old LaGrange Road) - Turn north on Lakeland Road (near Central State). Garr is the first road on the right.
Parking: There will NOT be a fee for spectators to enter this event. This was very key in deciding our pricing for events. Please follow parking volunteers instructions carefully.
Bib Pickup: Once you park, each school's Coach will provide the athlete's bib number. Bibs do not need to be returned or retained.
Line-up: Runners will be called to the starting line approximately 10 minutes before their race. Boxes will be open to first come first serve.
Please note: the closest restrooms are located at the Sawyer Hayes Park.
