General Meet Information
Competitors numbers need to be placed on the right hand.
Each team may enter 2 individuals and 1 relay per event.
No athlete may enter more than 4 events.
Awards will be given to coaches in an envelope at the END of the meet.
Medals will be given to the top 3 finishers in each event. The top 2 boys and girls teams will receive a team award.
There will be 3 jumps or throws for all field events. No finals.
Athletes will be scratched from the event if they do not report by the 3rd call.
Concession is available throughout the day.
Please keep everyone not warming up off the football field and or in the track area. Enter/Exit track through staging area only.
Tents must be located in the open areas outside the fence.
No tents in the bleachers.
Any help removing the hurdles to the inside track area or under the stands would be greatly appreciated.
Results will be posted on Milesplit and listserv after the meet.
