We will run Pole Vault on both pits. Girls on one and boys on the other
Check-In Procedure
Due to the large size of this Meet, we will be implementing a REQUIRED CHECK IN FOR ALL RUNNING EVENTS.
The procedure will be mandatory, and is as follows.
(PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK IN AND CLERKING ARE TWO SEPARATE THINGS)
Athletes and Coaches will listen for announcements calling runner to check in.
Athletes will report to Check in Area upon call and prior to the announced close of check in.
Check in clerks will record athletes who are present and will be participating in the event.
IF ATHLETES DO NOT MAKE CHECK IN PRIOR TO CUTOFF, they will be SCRATCHED (no exceptions). Athletes have their bib numbers on when reporting to check in. No substitutions or added entries on race day.
Seeding will be performed immediately after check in and lane assignments will be posted at www.dct.live
Athletes and coaches should then listen for the event calls for CLERKING, where athletes will be placed in their lanes.
Check in area will be directly behind the Throws Cage - (again, separate from the Clerking).
