HOLMES MIDDLE SCHOOL INVITATIONAL
Date: Friday, May 5th, 2023
Entry Deadline: Monday, May 1st, 2023 - 9:00pm. Any additions after FINAL deadline (Tuesday, May 2nd @ 9:00pm) will be $5 /addition payable to C3 Timing. Cash or Check
Time: 5:00 pm (Coaches Meeting will be at 4:45 pm at the finish line.) Track will be open at 3:30 a.m.
Location: Holmes High School
Cost: The cost is $100 per team. (Boys and Girls are two separate teams).

Entries: Two (2) athletes per event and one (2) relay teams per event. 4 events maximum per athlete. B teams will be charged an additional full team fee. MileSplit will be used for all entries.
Coaches, Milesplit will allow up to 8 individual entries per event and 4 relays, instead of actually adding a "B" Team. If you have more than 4 entries in an individual event and 2 relays you will owe an additional $75/gender.
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1Awards: 1st - 3rd place finishers will receive medals. 4th - 6th place finishers will receive Ribbons. Team trophies will be awarded to the top scoring Girls and Boys team.
Running Events: Regular order of events. All heats are final.Field Events:
All field events will be finals with 3 attempts. All rounds following round #1 will be on a rolling schedule. We will not contest the Pole Vault.
