Meet Information
Please note updated information for the race on 8/31. Due to hurricane carryover forecasts, we are moving our first night of racing to Thursday, September 2. PLEASE email kyochum@saintx.com with any questions or concerns.
Also, note the start times. We will start each race at the listed time.
For this series, we will hand time all athletes who do not finish before the start of the next race. For example, if a JV girl on your team will take more than 30 minutes to run, we will hand time and import that athlete's results separately. Likewise, if a 4th grade boy will take more than 10 minutes to run his mile, we will hand time and import his results separately.

For MS races, the 3K has been rerouted to avoid congestion as runners approach the finish line.
For 4th and 5th graders, the initially planned 2K has been changed to a mile.
Finally, please note that we will move 3rd graders back to the 1200 meter distance and into the younger grades' race and event times.
The STXXC Champions Series will consist of 3 meets for high schools and 2 meets for middle school and elementary.
Races will take place at Champions Park on River Road.
High School Coaches are required to submit their entire roster. Please email Eddie Terkhorn all rosters by Friday, August 27th, at eterkhorn@gmail.com
Athletes bibs will be assigned for the entire series and reused for each race. There is a $2 charge for bib replacement.
The Race Series will be $75 per team with an unlimited roster. The series will be limited to 15 teams.
Awards will be given to top individual finishers. No team awards.
