Meet Information
Thank you for your interest in the first Bluegrass Youth Relays! The meet will be co-hosted by Liberty Elementary and Trinity Christian Academy on Sunday May 23, 2021 beginning at 2:00pm. This unique meet will be relays and field events only as a fun way to close out the 2021 season.
Meet Location: Frederick Douglass High School, Lexington, KY
Admission: Adults & students 13 & over- $5, 12&under- Free.
Entry Fees: may be paid in advance or on meet day. Boys- $50 per team, $10/each for individual participants or teams with less than 5 runners. Girls- $50 per team, $10/each for individual participants or teams with less than 5 runners. Meet is available to school teams, club teams, and unattached athletes. Teams may enter unlimited athletes into field events, and 3 team max for each relay.

Entry Deadline: All entries due by midnight on Wednesday 5/19/2021. Please submit all entries via Milesplit by the entry cutoff. No entry changes will be accepted after this time. If you are not sure if a runner will participate or not, go ahead and enter them into the events they could potentially be in. Addition of runners will not be accepted on meet day, but minimal adjustment of already entered runners will be permitted if necessary. There is a 4 event max/athlete including relays.

Mixed Gender 4x400 (2 boys, 2 girls)
4x100
Distance Medley (800-400-1200-1600)- ES/MS combined
Sprint Medley (100-100-200-400)
Swedish Relay (100-200-300-400)
4x400
Coaches & Parents Race
Shot Put (6lb for all)- Boys then Girls
Turbo Jav - Girls then Boys
Long Jump- Girls jump first, then Boys
Awards: Team trophies for 1st & 2nd place Girls and Boys teams in Elementary and Middle School divisions. 1 relay scores per team, top 2 in field events.
