Johnny Conn Invitational 2021

Coaches, 

Thank you for being a part of the 2021 Johnny Conn Invitational. 

As you know things are going to look a lot different this year. I expressed to my A.D. that we would do our best to ensure social distancing. Attached are instructions for the meet. I do want to touch on a couple things though. 

First and Foremost: Athletes, coaches and spectators must wear a mask at all times. Athletes may take their mask off once instructed by the starter before their race.

Teams and coaches must enter through the softball and baseball entrance. That entrance is located on the visitor side of the stadium. We will not allow any spectators through this entrance. Spectators must enter through the main entrance of the track. Spectators will be charged $5 at the gate. Both entrances will open at 8 AM.

Also, no spectator will be allowed on the visitor side in the team area for any reason. Only coaches with wristbands and athletes wearing a bib number will be allowed in that area. 

I have instructed my clerks and volunteers that any athlete not wearing a mask in the marshaling will be asked to leave. 

I want to run a smooth and fast meet. After the second call the clerks have been instructed to start seating the races. If your athlete is late they will be moved back to a later heat. Once the third call is made no one else will be able to enter that event. (coaches I will not bend on this rule) 

The entry fee for the meet is $100 for a girls team and $100 for a boys team. $200 for both.
