Meet: This year we are running the NKAC meet and adding JV and Middle School.

This meet is in place of the St. Henry Invite.

For the Varsity races, the following teams are the only ones that may enter:

Entry Fees:

Middle School Team: $45.00/Individual no limit $7.00

JV Team: $55.00/Individual no limit $7.00

Varsity: No Cost

Entry Deadline: October 7th, 2020 10pm

9:00 a.m. - Race 1: 5K Girls Varsity Small School (7 runners per school)


9:45 a.m. - Race 2: 5K Boys Varsity Small School (7 runners per school)


10:15 a.m. Race 3: 5K Girls JV Small School (Waves dependent on # of runners entered)

Wave 1 10:15 a.m. (100 runners max)

Wave 2 10:18 a.m. (if necessary)


11:00 a.m. Race 4: 5K Boys JV Small School (Waves dependent on # of runners entered)

Wave 1 11:00 a.m. (100 runners max)

Wave 2 11:03 a.m. (if necessary)


11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. : Recommended hour between divisions to clear course and parking



12:30 p.m. Race 5: 5K Boys Varsity Large School (7 runners per school)


1:00 p.m. Race 6: 5K Girls Varsity Large School (7 runners per school)


1:45 p.m. Race 7: 5K Boys JV Big School (Waves dependent on # of runners entered)
