Time Schedule

Rolling Schedule beginning at 9:00am

Order: - Each limited to 40 runners

(enter your entire roster on milesplit and we will divide into two races)

Varsity Girls 2 miles

Varsity Boys 2 mile

JV Girls 2 mile

JV Boys 2 mile

Highlands MS 2 mile

General Information

No Meet Fee

Limit 2 spectators per athlete. Please stay socially distanced from others

ALL attendees must wear a mask unless running. If anyone does not comply, they will be asked

to leave. PLEASE communicate this with your parents.

All spectators and athletes not in the current race must remain 6+ feet away from the

course.

No water or concessions. Athletes and spectators must bring their own refreshments.

Bathrooms are available in the park.

After the race athletes should exit the park as quickly as possible.

No team tents.

Parking is limited in Highland Park. Moyer Elementary School is close by the starting area for some parking. I encourage people to park there and the Fort Thomas Swim Club lot and walk down the hill. Individuals with a handicap can be dropped off down James Ave if needed.

Coach Responsibilities

Coaches need to take and record each athletes temperature

* Athlete temperatures must be below 100.4 degrees


Only athletes competing should attend.

All coaches should wear masks at all times.

Race Information / Results

Results will be sent electronically after the race, no awards ceremony.

Runners must wear numbers assigned to their names. Race numbers will be recorded in order

and times will be aligned to those numbers.

Finish will be video recorded to ensure proper finish order, not to determine final times.

Course maps will be sent out.
