COVID Considerations:

Only athletes and coaches will be allowed in team camps. There is a designated area in the paddock between Huffman Pavilion and the red barn for teams to set up camp with tarps. No tents allowed. No spectators in team camp areas.

Athlete/Coach temperature checks are required on an athletes first entry to the team camp area. Team coaches are responsible for checking their own team members.

Bib numbers will be utilized. Safety pins will be provided in the race packet. A camera will be at the finish line to capture bib numbers as competitors finish the race. A recorder will be present as a back up.

The start line will consist of 4 team boxes of equal width with 6 feet of empty space between team boxes. Competitors must wear a mask to the start line area. Once the starter calls runners to the start line, masks may be removed. Spectators are not permitted in the start line area. Suggestion for mask removal: have each competitor bring two masks to the meet, wear a mask to the meet, a designated mask collector place masks in a receptacle to be taken back to tent city once the race starts, then competitors wear their second mask after the race and wash both once they get home, if reusable.

A water table will be available with cups filled by gloved hands. Portable toilets and a hand washing station are ordered, as we will lock the restrooms at the park.

RaceTab will be used for scoring. Any corrections must be submitted to the meet director within 48 hours of the last race finish.

All volunteers will wear masks.
