Fleet Fleet will present custom tech t-shirts to the top 25 individuals in each championship race and the top 10 in each gender in the mixed open races.
Team Awards (courtesy of UPS)
UPS will present custom glass trophies to the top 2 teams in each championship race.
Entry fees
If you have not yet mailed your entry fee, you must turn it in when you pick up your packet. Checks should be payable to Noe Cross Country, 121 W. Lee Street, Louisville, KY 40208.
Packet Pickup
Packets may be picked up at the welcome table near the tennis courts. They will include bib numbers, timing chips, course maps, and trash bags.
Timing Chips
Each runner will be issued a timing chip that must be zip-tied (not laced) to their shoe. Volunteers will cut off the chips at the finish line. Unused chips must be turned in to the welcome table before departure. DC Timing charges $10 for each missing chip.
Parking
Buses will drop off runners near the tennis courts, then go back down the driveway, turn left, and park in the bus parking area.
Spectator parking is on the grass area closest to the course. Please, do not cross the course under any circumstances to park. The course will be clearly marked with posts and caution tape. Please have your parents follow instructions from our volunteers.
The small parking lot near the tennis court is reserved for handicapped parking.
There are additional parallel parking spaces along Park Road. Do not park on the road itself or you will be towed.
Traffic
If you are taking the Gene Snyder Freeway (I-265) home, we suggest the following route to avoid a difficult left turn onto Billtown Road:
Take Park Road through the park to the Easum Road exit.
Turn left on Easum Road for mile.
Turn right on Chenoweth Run Road for mile.
Turn right on Gellhaus Road for 1 mile.
After passing Ramsey Middle School, turn left at the stoplight to the Gene Snyder Freeway.
Woods Trail
No one but the athletes competing should be in the woods during races. The trail is wide enough to accommodate the athletes, but not spectators or coaches. For the safety of the athletes, please comply with this request.

Tent City
Teams should set up their tents in the wooded area near the shelter. Please take note of course markings and leave plenty of space between your tent and the course.
Weather
Any thunder or lightning will result in a 30 minute delay, and all teams will need to head back to their respective buses or cars. We will monitor the weather both before and during the event. Please follow @male_xc on Twitter for the latest announcements regarding weather.
