This meet is limited to 8 boys and 8 girls teams.

Gold Medal Format: 1 entry per individual events and relays.
Extra entries will be allowed in the pole vault, 800, 1600, and 3200 meter runs.
No additions on meet day. Substitutions only.Starting Times:
Field events start at 4:45 and running events start at 5:30.
Scoring : 10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1.
Awards: 1st place-medal. Team trophies for meet winner and runner-up and
male and female mvp plaques.

Field events (4 jumps/throws.)
1st round: Girls PV, TJ, Discus. Boys LJ, Shot Put, HJ
2nd round: Girls LJ, Shot Put, HJ. Boys PV, TJ, Discus
HJ starting heights: Girls-4', Boys-5'.
PV starting heights: Girls- 6', Boys-7'.Entry Fee:
$100 per team (boys and girls teams are separate).
