Meet Information
DATE: SATURDAY, MARCH 16, 2018
TIME: FIELD EVENTS BEGIN AT 10:15 A.M. RUNNING EVENTS BEGIN AT 10:30 A.M. (COACHES MEETING AT 10:00 A.M.)
FORMAT: You may enter up to 5 athletes in any open event and may enter up to 2 relay teams. If you need more entries please let me know as soon as possible.
No entry fee for coaches, teams, or athletes with a performance number. Spectators will be charged $5 at the gate.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Wednesday, March 13th 5:00pm.
Entries will be done on milesplit.
This will be the first meet hosted on our new 8-lane 400m track. Field events are newly installed as well. Our facility is located behind the high school. Restrooms and concession will be available.
NOTE TO COACHES: Pole Vault, High Jump, will not be contested as of right now. If our order were to arrive before the date of the meet I will let everyone know and you can add your athletes to those events. Also, stadium seating will be very limited so teams are advised to bring tents. I will send out more information as the event gets closer.
We will have three lanes of rocker hurdles setup. Since lanes are limited, we will allow each team to enter 2 athletes.Questions: Contact Luke Gilly
