Please bring $10 to help out with the Official/Starter.
Password required to enter. If your team has been accepted contact Coach Boggess for password.
How to Enter athletes: Athletes that "may" run 800 or 1600 enter in 800. All other athletes enter in the 100m dash regardless of what event they will be competing in. Enter in only one event. If they will run the 800 or 1600 and another event then enter in the 800. We are anticipating using a chip timing system for the 800 & 1600 and thus the reason for this. Lap splits will be provided for the 800 & 1600.
We will contest the following events in order:
UNIFIED 2x50 - 5pm Start
800m
UNIFIED 4x100
4x100
300 hurdles
UNIFIED 2x200
3200m
4x400m
ALL Field Events will be contested.
3 throws and jumps per athlete in throws and horizontal jumps
Order(First Wave)= GHJ/GTJ/GS/BD/BLJ/B&G PV together
UNIFIED SHOT will be contested BEFORE the Girls Shot and will begin at 5PM
UNIFIED LONG JUMP will be contested BEFORE the Boys LJ at 5PM
"Modified" Cafeteria Style - Names called in order but come and leave as you need to. MINIMUM MARKS after 1st throw or jump in LJ,Shot and Discus.
5:15pm - 6:30pm - 1st Wave of Cafeteria Style for LJ, TJ, Shot, and Discus
6:30pm - 7:45pm - 2nd Wave of Cafeteria Style for LJ, TJ, Shot and Discus
PITS CLOSED AT 8PM TO ALL ATHLETES - PLEASE WARN THEM.
