Meet Information
East Ridge XC will be hosting this all comers meet at the East Ridge High School Cross Country Trail at Lick Creek, KY
Meet will start at 6:00 pm
Elementary: 3rd - 6th grades, 1 mile run
Middle School: 7th - 8th grades, 2 mile run
High School: 9th - 12th (7th and 8th graders may run up on HS teams), 5K run
Directions to the Trail:
Traveling East on US 460, a quarter mile past East Ridge High School, turn Left onto KY 1373 ( Marked with a green highway sign East Ridge High School Cross Country Trail). Travel 3 miles, there will be a parking lot to the right, and the trail will be to the left.
Parking instructions for buses will be given the day of the meet
